2025 Recap / 2026 Kink Goals
The Janus figure from which the work January is derived from is a figure looking both backwards and forwards. Stressing the importance of reflecting on the past as we move into the beginning of a new year, my Kink Goals this year will start with some 2025 highlights.
Most impactful on my soul: An impact scene to live piano accompaniment. We carried in an electric piano and set it up inside the back room of my studio with music stand. Most Meaningful: went on vacation and my sub renovated my shitty little kitchen into a beautiful kitchen with tiled back splash, a new dishwasher and additional storage space.
First experiences are a thrill, they create opportunities for skill development, personal growth, and bonding. For a risk-seeker sub they can represent potential danger; for a pleaser-type they provide the opportunity to get me excited me in new ways; for a sub yearning to support my professional growth, it offers educational tools through skill development; for a gear-head it means I might acquire new equipment required for said new experience. Regardless, first time experiences dump a ton of dopamine and oxytocin into the brain, which in turn records those experiences as intense and unforgettable memories. Did we do something new together his past year? Chances are you’re stuck in my mind for a very long time!

And this leads me to my 2026 GOALS

~ A depraved, multi-day tour of Berlin’s dungeons and play spaces
